Details: My client’s wife filed for an Abuse Prevention Order, preventing him from visiting his home, seeing his wife, and seeing his three children. My client committed no acts of violence against his wife, never physically harmed her, never threatened to harm her. His wife complained that he had mood swings and made the situation at home “tense.” Both my client and his wife testified at the hearing.

Result: Abuse Prevention Order terminated
